Co-Creation Workshop
- Conducted co-creation design studio with clients
- Started off by presenting our findings and Personas
- Warmed up with some brain-writing exercises
- Created storyboards for each Persona
- Using the storyboards, brainstormed on possible problems or opportunites
- Following that, possible solutions to address said problems or opportunities
Post Workshop Synthesis of Results
- Chose to focus on a Persona
- Crafted the selected Persona's Customer Journey Map
- Gathered the solutions and ideas generated from the workshop
- Prioritized down to the three features to focus on:
- Style Generator
- Ad-hoc Expert Services
- Sub-contractor Listings
Coming up with Version 1
- Discussed between the team on the flow and key screens required
- As the design lead, decided on going ahead to use Figma for our Prototype
- Created the style guide for the team to follow through the other key screens
- Delegated the key screens between the team
Usability Testing
Usability Testing and Iterations
- Performed Usability Testing with 7 users and got feedback not only on the prototype but the idea behind it as well
- Iterated our prototype and idea based off the feedback received
Prototype Showcase
Presentation and What's Next
- Presented our findings and prototype to our client
- As for handing over, we elaborated on the next steps that our clients can proceed on to further validate this service feasibility
